It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Advance Payment Orders: You should receive your order within 2-3 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Hero Lifestyle and our courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions, technical failures, or customs delays.
Additionally, during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Once your request is approved, please repack your products securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit. - SEND THE PACKAGE BACK:
After confirmation from our support team, you can send the package back to our provided address via any reliable courier service (like Leopard, TCS, or Trax).
Please Note: All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, with tags and original box).
